| - Absolutely, we do! Everything is made to order in our own workshop, therefore fully bespoke requests are welcome. |

| How long does it take you to make and dispatch an order? |
| - Most orders are complete and sent within 3-5 days. However, this will vary based on how busy we are, and how large or bespoke the products ordered are. Due to the nature of our product, please allow additional time before chasing an order. |

| Can I count on consistency between orders? I want my frames to match. |
| - Consistency is very important to us, and the majority of our designs have matured to a state where they will remain very consistent. However, occasionally framing materials may differ slightly between batches despite being the same code with our suppliers. |
