Christmas Delivery Update

RIDANCO UPDATE WRITTEN ON 07/12/2025:

  • Thank you to all our customers for your orders and support during 2025. We are as busy as ever (just how we like it!) creating and dispatching all frames in good time for customers for Christmas. Although busy, we continue to prioritise quality and care throughout our processes, not speed.
  • We are continuing to honour our 'express 3-day production' option (see cart page).
  • Generally orders are being dispatched within 10 days, or faster, according to their complexity/size. Some simple orders are dispatching in 2-5 days.
  • We expect demand to slow down near Christmas, and we will continue dispatching orders right up until 24th* (*where courier collection is possible)
  • For international (none-UK) customers, Christmas delivery is now still possible but less likely with each passing day. It is less likely for US customers due to the ongoing lottery of customs holds/delays. See our recent US delivery/customs update here
  • For our marketplace sales (Etsy, Ebay etc.) please refer to the lead times set on those marketplaces per item/per order, not this guidance.

 

Our cut-off for pre-Christmas dispatch is 15th December. Ordering by or on 15th will likely mean UK delivery before Christmas. This is also the date where we will temporarily suspend our 'express 3-day production' option (see cart page) until after Christmas.

 

For orders placed on or after Tuesday 16th December it is possible but not guaranteed for UK pre-Christmas (UK) by our standard production and delivery. However, we will continue trying our best and posting orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing our quality standards. Please keep in mind that all frames are custom-made in our workshop, and at busy times it can be a challenge to keep up with demand. Quality is always our primary focus, not speed. We are mindful of frames being bought as gifts, and are working hard making and dispatching frames until 24th December, upgrading delivery methods at our own cost where required in an attempt to delight as many customers as possible. Sadly, despite these efforts we do expect some orders will not arrive on time for Christmas.

After we close , we will be enjoying a welcome break until early January. We will re-open and begin production again no later than 5th January beginning with delivery of any outstanding orders. Follow our socials @ridanco_displays to see an update when we re-open.
