Christmas Delivery Update
If you have already ordered before (or on) the 8th December, on any of our platforms and to any location, then we are currently doing our best to produce and dispatch your order in good time and you can expect delivery before Christmas.
If we receive your order on or after 9th December, then we can't guarantee delivery by Christmas. However, we are optimistic to get the majority of these orders completed and dispatched by 20th.
For orders placed on or after Monday 16th December it is unlikely that a pre-Christmas delivery will be possible. However, we will continue trying our best and posting orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing our quality standards.
Please keep in mind that all frames are custom-made in our workshop, and at busy times it can be a challenge to keep up with demand. Quality is always our primary focus, not speed. We are mindful of frames being bought as gifts, and are working hard making and dispatching frames until 20th December, upgrading delivery methods at our own cost where required in an attempt to delight as many customers as possible. Sadly, despite these efforts we do expect some orders will not arrive on time for Christmas.
After we close on 20th, we will be enjoying a welcome break until early January. We will re-open and begin production again no later than 5th January beginning with delivery of any outstanding orders. Follow our socials @ridanco_displays to see an update when we re-open.
