Shipping Information
At Ridanco Displays we stock the components for many smaller layouts and sizes of display frame, across the types of frame we offer. Typically, we can dispatch orders within just 2-4 days. However, for larger frames in our range please allow additional time for production as some components are not stocked and need to be manufactured especially per order.
Our delivery costs vary depending on the size of an order, and the best way to check the cost of delivery is to add items to your cart. Here are the ranges of delivery cost you can expect to see on our items:
United Kingdom - £4.99 - £8.99
European Union - £14.99 - £24.99
Rest of World - £29.99 - £39.99

UK - We are VAT registered in the UK. If after ordering, you would like to request a VAT invoice, please contact us
EU - For EU member states, your local VAT will be charged at checkout on our website, which we then pay to UPS on your behalf (DDP). This means no additional UPS fees and results in a smoother/faster delivery. EU businesses please note, you will be unable to reclaim the VAT, so if you are a business please contact us to order a different way if required.
USA - The American de minimis threshold from the UK is $800 USD, meaning orders order below this $800 value will not be charged any duty nor US import tax. In some cases we hear there may be a small state tax charge, but this is rarely significant.
For other international locations, import taxes, duties and fees may apply (typically charged by UPS before delivery). You are welcome to contact us first for guidance.
We do not offer a guarantee on the delivery time of any of our items. If your order is needed for a particular date, then please contact us to discuss whether or not the delivery is likely to be made by that date and we will try to help.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that all delivery details entered on our website are correct. Any orders that we ship which require a delivery, may be left with a neighbouring address to the delivery address - If you do not wish for us to do this, then you can add a comment to your order during checkout on our website, or you can leave a sign on the door or mailbox of the delivery address to inform any carrier.
We usually send our deliveries in the UK via either Royal Mail 48 hour (usually 2 working days), or UPS, depending on your chosen delivery method. Some deliveries may require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in postage, as we can not help what happens once our items are in the hands of the delivery companies. Any items which are unclaimed/uncollected, after a missed delivery and a card has been left must be collected within the advised time from your local depot or they may be returned back to us by the delivery company - If this happens, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. If a second delivery is required through no fault of ours, such as item not collected, then the customer will be required to pay for another delivery attempt.
International Deliveries (Any country other than the UK)
For our standard international delivery, it usually takes no longer than 7-10 days for your order to arrive, but please allow up to 14 days before contacting us to chase a delivery. All of our items are sent out via signed for methods with a tracking number (usually UPS internationally)- This means that they will usually require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in postage, as we can not help what happens once our items are in the hands of the delivery companies. Please note that you may be required to pay import tax on your items - You, the customer is liable for any import tax, so please check your country's tax costs before ordering (see our guide above and on our FAQ page for common countries). Any items which are unclaimed/uncollected, after a missed delivery and a card has been left must be collected within the advised time from your local depot or they may be returned back to us by the delivery company- If this happens, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
