US Customers: Some smaller items are now sent with Duties Prepaid

At Ridanco Displays, we are always looking to give you the best value. We have secured a new duties-prepaid shipping method for smaller parcels, allowing eligible US customers to avoid import fees and enjoy a lower total price.

While we are working behind the scenes to simplify how this displays on our website, we wanted to roll these savings out to you immediately.

How It Works at Checkout Currently, our website will continue to charge the normal UPS shipping rate and will display the standard warning that "import fees and duties may apply."

However, if your package weighs under 1kg, we will automatically upgrade your order to our new Duties-Prepaid (DDP) service for final delivery via USPS. This means you will not be charged any import duties or handling fees upon delivery.

Delivery Timeframes Because this service routes through USPS once in the States, it is slightly slower than our direct UPS Air shipments. Estimated delivery is 4–7 working days from dispatch.

Eligible Products This service applies to the following items (assuming a single quantity of one frame is ordered). This applies regardless of frame colour, layout, or card type, unless specifically stated below:

- Raw Card Frames: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (3+2 layout only), 6 (2x3 layout only), 8 (2x4 layout only), and 9 (3x3 layout only)

- Magnetic Case (Mag) Frames: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (3+2 layout only), and 6 (2x3 layout only)

- Graded Card (Slab) Frames: 1 (both regular and showpiece ranges), 2, 3 (1 row of 3 layout only), and 4 (2x2 layout & 'slim moulding' only)

- Ungraded Booster Pack Frames: 1, 2, 3, and 4

- Graded Booster Pack Frames: 1, 2, and 3 (1 row of 3 layout only)

- CGC Graded Comic Book Frames: 1

Combining Items & Larger Orders For very small or lightweight products, we can often combine multiple items into a single 1kg duties-prepaid box. If you order multiple items, we will always try to use the lower-cost duties-prepaid service if they fit.

For any parcels over 1kg, your order will ship via our standard UPS service with duties chargeable. If you are placing a larger order and want to insist on a duties-prepaid service, please leave an order comment at checkout or email us directly to discuss options.
