Important Information for Our U.S. Customers

Changes to Tariffs, Duties, and Import Charges

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, specifically since 29th August 2025, all goods imported from the United Kingdom are now subject to updated tariffs and duties. These charges are not included in your purchase price on our website.

When your order arrives in the United States, the courier (typically UPS) will contact you directly to collect any customs duties, taxes, and handling fees before your parcel is delivered.
Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the importer (the customer), and we unfortunately have no control over the amount charged or the timing of customs clearance.

Current U.S. Customs Delays

We are currently experiencing some significant delays at U.S. customs.
Delivery times have become unpredictable, and we ask all U.S. customers to allow 1–2 months for delivery from the date of dispatch.
While many parcels continue to arrive sooner, please be aware that customs processing can cause unexpected hold-ups beyond our control.

Both platforms provide buyer protection policies in the rare event of extreme shipping delays or lost parcels. 
Orders placed directly through our website are sold on a no delivery timing guarantee basis, meaning we cannot offer compensation for customs-related or courier delays.

  • Please allow up to 1–2 months for delivery due to ongoing customs delays.
