Handmade in the UK: Our Production Times
Every single product at Ridanco Displays is meticulously handmade to order in our UK workshop. Because we refuse to compromise on quality, our lead times reflect the care, precision, and craftsmanship that goes into building each frame. While turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of your order, we always strive to get your items crafted and dispatched to you as efficiently as possible.
Standard & Jumbo Frame Lead Times
For our core range of products and smaller/simpler orders, we typically aim to have your frame built and dispatched within 5 to 7 days from the moment you place your order. However, highly complex or oversized displays - such as our massive custom card frames - require significantly more production time and usually carry a 3 to 4 week turnaround. Fully custom and bespoke requests are managed individually and will be given a specific, tailored lead time during the quoting process.
Priority Production Service
Need your frame in a hurry? Whether you are purchasing a display for a special birthday, an upcoming event, or a last-minute gift, we offer a Priority Production option. By selecting this upgrade at checkout, your order will be bumped up the workshop queue. This fast-track service ensures your frame enters production sooner and leaves us faster, drastically reducing your wait time without sacrificing our signature handmade quality. Where such an option exists with costs covered by the fee we will also strive to use a faster delivery method. The priority fee is communicated as a '3 working day dispatch' promise, and we have never failed on that.
Transparent Communication
We believe in keeping you completely in the loop. Whenever possible, the Ridanco team strives to share behind-the-scenes updates with you as your order moves through production. While extreme peak periods can sometimes make step-by-step updates challenging, we remain committed to open, honest communication.
